@@theblackphoenix447 The witch Hazel hack is when you apply with Hazel to a cotton pad and wipe between your backside. It minimizes odor and keeps things fresh all day. I'm not sure about the peri bottle tip though.

The information is informative, correct, etc. As she stated, it can be beneficial during postpartum especially if you had a son because carrying a boy child requires your body to increase testosterone levels so it can take a little more of a toll on getting your hormones back in balance. This definitely differs for everyone. It can be beneficial during pregnancy, if you have health issues that require medications, stress, birth control, etc.
