I have anxiety soemtimes but one thing that helps me is just having alone time with god and talking to him trust in god and he will help you and one verse you can read to show this is proverbs 3:6

Exact same thing that happened to me last night but instead of footsteps it was chainsaw noises… also my dog was with me the whole time and could hear it to. I didn’t have any friends with me as well. I started filming on my iPad cause on my phone I was texting my mom and all that stuff. I decided to write a note saying “check photos on iPad. Password ******” I was that paranoid about what was happening my first instinct was to grab my dogs toy that was next to me. In the video you could see I was very nervous and my dog was following me around everywhere so she would keep me safe 😢. My mom finally got back home and I literally ran to her and hugged her as tight as I could. She said I was so smart to write a note and start filming. I told her all this story I’m telling here. She said I might have anxiety 😂. Stay safe ❤.

I have social anxiety and normal anxiety so I freak out when my mom is putting gasoline into our car bc I feel like somebody will come and grab her but it never ends up happening by GAS STATION ARE SO SCARY TBH! Ly have a great day!:)
