Grace, I love that you tried the Guerlain powder light all over it makes your skin look like it’s glowing. It’s great if that can be your everyday go to spf, concealer and Guerlain powder. Done!! Very interesting products for sure. You just have a knack of getting things right, pretty much most of the time. The Guerlain product was the most interesting for me…..I thought it would possibly be paler on you……but you did it so well ……looked positively lovely….as usual. Really enjoying your videos. 💜 I'm so inspired by the Byredo palette. I love how random shades & finishes are scattered throughout with no rhyme or reason - on purpose. I find when my mind wanders I think about what shades might work well together 😄 It's definitely for those who want to be a bit more creative with makeup 🙌🏼

When you added the blur powder and blush it brought the whole look together AND I LOVED it!!!! Who doesn’t want to go without foundation? Especially in the summer! *I have the Hourglass kabuki brush that is very similar , glad I don’t have to buy the brush , but I DO have to buy the terra-cotta and I have many Guerlain bronzers!

Very pretty, Grace. The Guerlain powder looks so pretty and gives off a natural radiance. Absolutely love this eye look! I finally was able to purchase the Sisley concealer and was wondering if it can be used on the face and not just for under the eyes? I have one small area on my cheek that I wanted to use it on, even though it’s not on my approved list of products that I’m supposed to use…but bc it’s such a tiny spot I figured I’d give it a try since the coverage is supposed to be really good. Thanks Grace 😍

Hi! Thank you for reviewing and demo-ing all these products! The CdP sunscreen veil did impart a cast (due to the zinc content) but the Guerlain powder was effective to counteract this cast and impart a more natural look (it is a bit orangey but you could add a lavender toned powder). The Chanel highlighter is very pretty on you - indeed more flattering than the Hermes radiant glow powder. I love-love the eye look you created with the Byredo palette - I will be watching that video, for sure! Thanks again!

The powder and concealer combo is great on you! You look beautiful 🥰 I tried a sample of the primer from cle de peau and it oxidized my foundation. But I only tried it with one foundation 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was so surprised that the Guerlain light deposited so much color on you, but I checked what I have, and it’s light cool. The light cool took a bit of work to show up, but that might have been due to the brush used. More play time is needed! Really beautiful look and I can’t wait for the new Byredo video.

☺️ it was a surprise to see how much color there is to this shade. I just tried the powder directly on the skin - just to make sure the CdP wasn’t impacting the color & yes, it is definitely deeper than my natural coloring & a really pretty one for all over the face ❤️ follow up - I also just tried a side by side with the powder directly on the face vs on top of the CdP & the CdP side looks a bit more perfected & slightly pinkier. The side directly on my face is very close to a natural tan on me 🌟

Very informative session! I’m curious if the brightening products have any changing effect on hyperpigmentation, or if they are merely designed to instantly take the skin a cosmetics shade lighter? I wonder if the Guerlain powder applied deeper due to the emollients in the skin products, and if a layer of powder to absorb the emollients beforehand would diffuse the Guerlain application more?

The Guerlain powder would be far too dark for my pale complexion plus too warm with the peach tone. It has given you a great tanned look but it took the blurring powder to bring it all together. I was surprised by the Chanel highlighter which applied nice and fine without any obvious glitter. I never wear foundation on a regular basis, so this look is quite familiar to me.💖

I follow a makeup artist that works in Paris. She says that the Parisians use the Guerlain bronzer all over their face like u applied it. I’m still on the fence about the Geurlain Terracotta. I love the fact that u love Chantecaille. I think their products r gorgeous. U look absolutely gorgeous.

I love Guerlain powder products but have always been shocked at how awful the brushes seem. There was an adorable LE meteorites brush I wanted a few years ago but when I felt how scratchy it was I lost interest fast.

🌸 thank you for sharing your experience with the Guerlain brushes. This is my first one & I was surprised that it wasn’t as soft as I thought it would be - but it definitely picked up product, although as soft as this powder is, I don’t think it is the best pairing. This brush might be better suited for more dense powders 🌟
