@@TheAwast2 Of Course do the GSG9 operate in foreign Countries. Primarily they were founded for special operations, and they 1st Mission was the hostage rescue in Mogadishu Somalia 1977, since then they operate inside and outside of Germany.

OF course they are. SWAT officers are not exclusivly SWAT. They are normal patrol officers until shit goes down. GSG9 SEK and KSK officers are fully employed and have more frequent and deeper training. So you cant really compare the two. If you want a comparison the KSK is a lot like Devgru (Seal team 6) or Delta Force

Ich bin aber nicht der Meinung, dass der deutsche Adler, die Nationalhymne oder das Reichstagsgebäude mit dem Begriff Vaterland zu vergeleichen sind, da wir sie heute, alle drei, nur in abgeänderter Form nutzen. Außerdem bin ich auch generell kein fan des Begriffes, weil mir der zu eng mit Nationalismus verbunden ist und dieser meiner Meinung nach einer toleranten und friedlichen Welt im Weg steht.
