No he did explain what the desired sag is and how to measure. Then he explained how to change. The rebound on the rear and rebound and compression on the front were not explained as well though.

Thank you sir I was looking every where for that rear amping adjuster I knew it had one it said so in the manual! Should have cake watched the video first as I got burnt after I rolled off my creeper onto my light witch was a billion degrees apparently 🤦🏼♂️😂 live and learn I guess lol

Hi, How did it work out after? For me I found the optimal on these bikes is 36mm front rider sag and 39mm rear. On the fork did you measure from the seal edge on the slider? Definitely agree on the rear rebound setting tho'.
