Another mod that might seems minor, however it's useful if you use First Person mod. It's called "Vehicle Hood Detachment". Just like Burstable Tires and Bail Out, which Vice City was the first GTA to have it naturally. So when your car crashes until its hood is damaged and opened, it will usually fly off if you accelerate reaching certain speed. However in GTA III, the damaged hood stays UNTIL you get another crash in front. It's like driving blindfolded if you use first person view.

The HD Claude is my favorite of this list. The mod keeps his hair permanently dark the way it’s supposed to be. The original model’s hair is dark too but glitches out, turning light looking and exposing those textures/polygon lines you’re not supposed to see.

i felt like that this game has only a few cars if you install hd vehicle tri pack iii then this mod adds additional cars to the game
