4:58 shooting out the window of a bulletproof vehicle defeats the point of using it because the glass is destroyed.

Yeah, well, that's video game in-vehicle shooting mechanics for you. Wish they weren't present, or at least, not as unreasonably practical like in IV/V. The 3D era games had the right idea, the driver could only shoot directly right/left passengers can lean out the window and have 360° range. Then Scarface The World is Yours and Saints Row came and made it posible for the driver to just shoot wherever and even use throwables, while sitting in the driver seat.
