@@neurolowfixyeah, and that’s what people liked about it. Same with GTA 3, lots of stuff in there were similar to, or inspired by, mob movies, to include Godfather, Goodfellas, Scarface, and others. People loved the movies, so they love the similar storylines, references, and nostalgia that are included in the games. That’s why they also had several characters voiced by actors from mob movies. Nothing stolen lol, everyone was aware.

@@mickt6670 GTA V takes a ton of inspiration from Heat - great choice imo. I think Lester was inspired by Nate. Michael seems to play a bit off of Neil McCauley, Trevor feels like an unhinged Waingro. The big bank heist at the end with a shootout in the streets is an homage to the ending heist in the movie, and there's a very obvious heist mid-game that takes elements directly from the hit on the security truck in the opening scene. Great movie. Great game.

I actually saw the trailer on this channel first than on Rockstar channel.. me and my buddy were on break at work and his girl texted him and said that the trailer was actually out a day early like the 4th of December.. so we went on youtube and only one we could find was this one.. but hey I'm not complaining..

Even though the only GTA game I "grew up" with was 5, I still got chills seeing the VI fade in along with the words "Grand Theft Auto". I can't wait to see how Vice City will look with how powerful computers have gotten in the 12 years since GTA5's release. And I really can't wait to see what they do with GTA Online. I'm just looking at GTA5 like, "We're gonna be okay. You can rest now."

I was 17 when GTA V came out. My dad told me I could go to the midnight release but I couldn't play the game when I got home, since I had school in the morning. Obviously I'm not gonna go to the release and not immediately play the game, so I got caught playing it in the basement at like 2am and got the game taken away for like a week before I could play it again. Never forgave him for that one.

Won’t be. They pump up the population density, particle effects, lighting, physics etc for the trailer. Have a look at the original trailer for GTA 5 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It looks better than the current PS5 & series X game still.

As a Miami resident this is absolutely insane. the way I can just recognize streets, buildings and areas from half second shots makes me so excited. like the dirt bike scene in Overtown/ little Haiti. You can also clearly see Wynnwood ❤️.Its absolutely surreal.
