To unlock these missions you need to complete the VIP Contracts at Franklin's Agency (Dr. Dre's storyline) and wait for a second call from Franklin after about 1 or 2 in-real-life hours.

Just a quick tip you never have to wait for Franklins call, just go to the tuners car meetup enter and leave and you get a call almost immediately

Really does take you back to the good old days. Red Dead 2 was, what, three years ago? It's been a long time since we got that classic Rockstar content. Yet to be seen whether this is a new beginning and a hint of what to expect from GTA6, or one last hurrah for the old Rockstar before the Broomstick Simulator dominates another decade.

I love ending of this short trip, Franklin complain a lot but he willing to do many things for Lamar, and Lamar would definitely do the same. The duo may no longer back in their younger days with separate life and personal responsibilities, both of them acknowledge that and maintain their friendship in their own ways.

I found this whole storyline surprisingly moving. It's hard to keep your friends around past a certain age, and it's good to know our boys worked it out and both became successful on their own terms. It has a bit of that old GTA magic to it. Most of the Online story content isn't quite on the same level as the single player games have been, but this was great. I suspect DJ Pooh had a hand in writing it.

oh man i didn't want those missions to end..it felt so original, and probably the closest we've ever been to a single player dlc the ending with Franklin walking out alone makes me think how far this dude made it.. and Lamar is a damn mood as always, i like his character even more

This definitely has to be one of the very best content updates that I've seen in GTA Online for the longest while. I hope in the future they will bring in one with Michael and hopefully another with Trevor.

I'd expect Michael next, if they ever do another story one. But considering how well the community received this, I won't doubt they might focus on the story characters a bit more now Gonna keep my expectations low though, it's Take-Two for gods sake lol, but if they keep pulling off updates like this, I'd say they might just be turning a bit in the right direction

This really is a fitting epilogue for Franklin and Lamar, especially since it's clearly supposed to mirror the first couple of missions in story mode. I just wish it had been an actual story mode expansion.

This is what we've been asking for 8 years, these are a breath of fresh air. They really missed out on an opportunity for a paid single-player (maybe co-op too but not tied to GTA Online) DLC here. Should have made like 15-20 missions out of these missions, kinda like Episodes from LC and sell it for like 30 bucks. And do the same for each character (Michael and Trevor). I think most people would pay money for DLCs like this.

Given that now Ending C is officially canon, this would be epic if they'll ever consider making some sort of Grand Finale DLC with all three protagonists together that gives some closure to all adventures in Los Santos. Ideally, it would be nice to see this kind of DLC both for a multiplayer and single player, but these are already dreams.

@@user-lm6qm1pi1u Maybe something like “The Wrap-Up” where you got all the people you been working with like Lester and Michael and all the story mode gang, maybe even toss in Gay Tony for good measure, and they got some big plan to do some crazy heist where they rob nearly every big spot in Los Santos, and because it’s way too hot, they head out on a plane and say something like “hey we’ll be seeing you soon enough, maybe next year in [insert GTA 6 location]” and maybe like a release date or even just “GTA VI: Coming soon”. That would be awesome.

Fun Fact for people who didn't play story mode that much : After the mission ended , the switch the online character got in the video is actually one of Michael's switch scenes if you switch to him (after the evening I think) , loved that Rockstar added that little easter egg as only people who played story a lot will get it...
