Күн бұрынAfter the mission where Franklin and Dom jump out of a cargo plane with ATVs you can snipe him/his speedophile) and this will cause him to stop. The video above shows what happened after I actually got close up to him.
Please note that even though I killed him - he still managed to message me that he allegedly climbed a tower xD
This was done using an unmodded vanilla GTA 5 Steam version. No cheats, no hacks - try it yourself!

Does this make it so you can’t do anything else with him. Can you still achieve 100% completion. I accidentally killed him with a sticky bomb when he was driving away.

so, i did something similar, i think it was the unkempt rage against dom for calling me every 5 minutes in online mode calling me a pussy but i simply threw a sticky on the jetski and blew him to hell, funnily enough, I hear his charred ass grown in pain as i got close to him, or maybe i just imagined that last part.
