Also i feel alot of the older locals from Guam will appreciate seeing this Tour and spot in its current day and age. Alot has changed in my opinion from my last visit here and i wish this place the best!
Well also have a quick bite at the donut shop and yeah see what other shops are striving at the julale center in Agana!

Yeah this place was a whole lot better when we was younger..to be honest and I appreciate you for watching! As always! Brotha!! And as for getting motivation to upload well, I've been a filmer for skateboarding for probably like two decades, and I found out like the importance of just documenting clips so i think it's translated into how i vlog as well.. like a historian archiving.. I feel like i want to do that for home GUAM 🇬🇺 with events and stuff i used to grow up on and see.. and showing the current state of it now.. also id say im such a nostalgic person who clings on to the past.. since my opinion of it is everything was better before. Ahahaha Thats a great question matt.. hopefully my answer gives you a idea of why im passionate in doing what i do 😂 these videos arent just for me its for the people of guam in a sort of sense... Glad to see Donut Tree still there. I used to stop by and get coffee and donut every morning before going to work, back in the 90's.

Hey Mark! Thanks for showing this place we didn’t even know about it. We love to check out authentic and vintage places so we will have to check out Julale Center soon! It looks super cool even though it’s smaller than most the other places around. We will definitely be checking out the Donut Tree as well. Thanks for recommending it ❤🤙🏾🇬🇺

thanks Mark for showing this. Having grown up there almost 40 years ago, I've always liked and appreciated those old school or simple shops and eateries, especially when we didn't have brand name shops on the island back in the day.

Awe the memories…Its kinda sad that it’s not as bustling as it was in the 80’s. I remember going there to do a little shopping but really mostly for the donuts! Our favorites were the chocolate glazed with coconut on top and the sugar donuts. There used to be a financial loan center on the second floor, I forget the name of company, but they gave me my first loan back in the early 90’s. Appreciate the vid Mark!

Hey hey islazxxxx!! Yeah its sad its not lively as it once was. I also didnt get to film the second floor since its all like offices and didnt want to intrude their business but second floor of this has carpeted floors and offices galore ahahah on the second floor.. Used to have the best korean restaurant on island and it was ALWAYS packed during the 90s. At one point the hottest Kpop group at the time H.O.T (basically the backstreet boys of korea) ate there along with a popular show called DreamTeam (basically ninja warriors) also did some games at PIC hotel and would eat dinner at korean palace along with another #1 kpop/rapper Yoo Seung Jun who was later banned from korea after he declined the mandatory two year military service. Lanya idiot wouldve have an easy 2 years and wouldve came out still the biggest thing but couldnt do it 🤦🏻♂️. Anyways dope vid. Brings back alotta memories. I was a lil kid when korea palace was there

Always went there with my mom in the 80s. She used the bank there. One shop there sold japanese toys. Thats where i got most of my transformers
