Your books are invaluable Father Jim they guide and inspire me as we travel these dark day's we are none of us alone when we can connect in His Spirit . I read and reread until I have absorbed your words into understanding . The TLM is like being present at the place and time of His birth and and His death - this, when I apply the discipline learned in teaching my mind to be present to Him alone ....no small thing .

I had no idea until you posted this Father so I attended Midnight Mass and had a doze in my car until 5.AM . So many are like me and have no clue about this feast but it was a joy to see the Church full for both Mass service and amazing to see the parents with sleeping babies and children as they slowly fill the seats . These are no doubt cradle Catholics . Thank you for all that you do for us and in mean time I continue with your nourishing book's. Blessings from Sydney Australia.

@female.... Me too in a different situation. I have no car and there is no public transportation by that hour. When you by walk, it would take one hour and then you can't go through because there are many dogs in the street.

9:43 Again, while His birth in our hearts is mentioned in the Missa in die Gospel, the point where we are supposed to genuflect us about Bethlehem. He dwelt among us. This refers to what happened 2024 years ago and nine days before that.

7:35 I think St. Thomas was right in his ordering of the Masses. The Gospel for the mass at dawn says: *But Mary kept all these words, pondering them in her heart.* Her soul was at least one soul in which God the Son had been born, before He was born in Bethlehem.
