My dude is back with his competitive knowledge, thanks, Tarik. Also, can you teach us how to fight/counter footlock battles from double pull? Guys like Mikey Musumeci and lightweight division competitors are quite the threat with their footlock.

I have been practicing all these guard retentions and they have worked well. I keep losing the toreando battle against bigger, stronger guys. Do you have any other options that you can cover that you use? (like putting feet in the biceps or whatever)
