In this final episode, the Guards on ceremonial duty are in London practising for Trooping the Colour alongside their regimental rivals, the Coldstream Guards.

So sad for Tony being filmed six weeks before he died in Afghanistan , and his parents reading his final letter, heartbreaking for any parent to read .

As a Yank, I just want to express my utmost and sincere gratitude and honor of being able to serve with my British brothers in both Iraq and Afganastan. We shared some good laughs, and some hard tears, but we will always remain friends, even if we don't remember each other's names or faces. I love you lads, may God bring you everlasting happiness and joy. CM2 NMCB-7 Naval Expeditionary Combat hoorah fighting Seabees.

Perhaps the tourists should learn about the Grenadier Guards before messing with them.

take a shot for every ceremonial practise where the narrator starts with "sgt major steve monroe is training them and it's not going well"

I didn't know how much the grenadiers did. My dad was in the grenadiers from 1977 to 1982 and it makes me feel really proud of him

These episodes were great!! I thought they (queen's guards) were just ceremonial guards and their job was nothing to do other than guarding the queen( though i had much respect for them)....but after knowing what each soldier goes through......I'm Speechless!! Massive respect for all soldiers out there serving their country.

From my perspective as an American, these series of videos show what true sacrifice is. I have nothing but respect for The Grenadier Guards and what they do. At heart, regardless of what country you are from, we are all in this world together, we all have emotions, families, and we all feel hardship as well as loss. God rest the Guardsman.

When the letter was read out I cracked - whips tears from face and sniffs- It's impossible not to cry when they start reading out the letter that Tony sent to his parents.

I was reduced to tears when the fifer played the grenadier's return as they carried the coffin into the herc. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten. God bless the grenadiers, the british army and rest of the services (RN, RAF, MN)
