I love the way these wastes of space, at the time, use the term 'a career' when talking about their overpaid positions. It's not a bloody career it's a temporay position for five years and it should be viewed as a damned privilege to represent a constituency.

I’m honestly sick of hearing about how endearing our pomp, our traditions, our eccentric political customs and etiquette are, and how the world is fascinated by it, how it’s our soft power. I travelled 82 countries from 2018-2023 and if there’s one thing which was relatively constant across all countries - it’s that the UK is a laughing stock, clinging to its embarrassing, antiquated system as a pacifier to distract from the fact it’s a failed state. I wouldn’t spit on it to save it from burning.
