I’ve seen a lot of comments saying they don’t like the shoes , I actually really liked them on you. Especially with the denim dress. It’s good to step outside your comfort zone sometimes ❤️

I'm so glad you did this video. I go back and forth on these too and wasn't sure if they will go with my style. I do love them on you with the outfits you styled with them but think the 7 will fit a little better. The espadrilles will look amazing on you too. They are super cute and didn't know they came in this style and color combo. Great video!

I for sure need a bigger size. My heel hanging off the back is not cute lol! I say buy them! Try them with a few outfits in the house and if you don’t like them send them back. You may have a clearer understanding of if they fit with your style or not.❤️💕

It really is! I keep a pretty neutral palette, so I’m leaning towards the original. I’m looking for other options though, but I really do love these!

Hey lady you look pretty as always ,the Gucci slides are nice especially with the denim dress, I could be wrong but it seems like the Hermes slides is more your style especially with the navy blazer and white dress, with a white or brown sandal , coach has some nice slides too.🤗 That candle are the beginning almost scared me during the unboxing 👀😱

I love them...😍 I can totally see those at a Martha’s Vineyard picnic, farmers market or wine tasting brunch. They’re definitely not for everyone’s everyday lifestyle but for the luxury connoisseur I think their a fun, young, hip addition. Either way congrats if you keep them. TFS. 🙌🏾

Hi Kura! I agree with you, they are really cute (and look great how you styled them), but I do like the second style more. Which will you wear more is the real question. I would wear them with my causal spring/summer dresses to add a bit of luxe to everyday outfits. The second ones I'd have to have a planned event-brunch with friends, coffee date, etc...they are a tad more elevated (literally), while still being casual. Not that I can walk well in wedges. 😆

Those slides are everything because they aren’t really trendy but vintage looking and as far as trendy, 🤔 I disagree as they were in during the 90’s yet here they are again. They are not fussy, yes they have the GG symbols but that actually added to a vintage feel. I liked how you styled it with the denim baby doll like dress that was “in” in the 90’s as well.

The jacket is throwing the outfit off, the second outfit is cute, I purchased them and I style with fresh, white sailor Linen pants and linen white top, jeans and fresh T-shirt and 4/5 inch black short and v-neck black T ( all black), the shoes are the pop....I like the espadrilles,but broke a bone in my foot and no longer can wear heels 😢so platforms are my choice at this time...I really enjoy your videos, thanks for sharing!

Yeah I feel you about the jacket. Thats a fair point. The problem is that I often wear blazer/ jackets like that in the spring . So if it doesn’t go with the shoes, then I most likely won’t wear them you know? The linen outfit you described with these shoes is a vibe though! ❤️💕 But when I think about me wearing that outfit , I picture the Vlogo Valentino sandals or something along those lines ya know? I think that they are a great shoe as long as they fit the person’s style ya know? I appreciate your comment! Thank you so much!

They look great on you. I would size up though, they do look small. I love the heeled espadrilles with the denim, if you feel comfortable wearing heels they may style better with dresses than this style. I do love them on you though!!

Hey ! My foot is on the slimmer side & I wear a 5.5 since my foot is slimmer do you feel as if I should go down to a 5 or stay at a 5.5 ?

With these I think that people should try them on. I would not get the 10. My best advice is to go and try them on because they differ from person to person.

I agree with you! I’m not really feeling the shoes. I don’t think you will like them that much by next summer. They are more trendy. I probably would like them more in all brown leather. But I would return them and buy something that you really like instead!!

It’s a NO for me for the platforms. I like how you styled them though. In my unsolicited opinion (lol), I love the Gucci espadrilles. They seem like your style. To me that’s a lot of money for something that’s trendy like the platforms.

Okay. I don't like the shoes. I'm sorry. Oust me if you must, but I just don't like chunky shoes. That being said, you said that we MUST CREATE OUR OWN STYLE! So, if they are you....keep the shoes. I'm a shortie, 5'2" and I always feel like Frankenstein in chunky shoes. I fell like I am clumping around. I think they looked fine but I agree with your hubby. The do look a little short in the back by your heel. I have wide feet and I like space. I want to know that my foot is not going to hang off the back, and for that price....they better stay on until I DIE!!!!! Blessings to you my dear!

They looked good with everything, but… they are too small . That’s what made each look off. Same shoe, same outfits, bigger size shoe (correct size) these looks would have been wins!! Simple but big difference it makes.
