It killed me in the past couple weeks when someone said I looked 35. In the past month I was told I didn’t look old enough to buy alcohol. I started lying about my age on Kik, when I was 25. I was 24 forever until at some point I was 26 for years. I say, “you are never too young to start lying about your age.” If I ever got close to anyone I’d come clean, it was rare though. I do have a friend of four years that sends me Christmas and birthday presents. On my last birthday she was asking how old I was, before I could speak she was throwing out random numbers, none of which were my actual age. She had known my age, she had just forgotten. I just let her think it was the lowest number. What she doesn’t know won’t hurt her. Haha. She is the only close friend of mine that thinks I’m younger than I actually am. I am 18, for the record. ;)

And it’s not just how to physically fly, but can at times be in the classroom teaching them the more mathematical/physics side to pilots etc. especially depending on where/what they’re training for. Whether it’s the Airforce, or to get your PPL or CPL.

thats an interesting point. the us is very different from europe. Europe has a long, long history, back farther than humans have even been able to keep records of. America is a mish-mash of all the different cultures. So it's like we threw the whole world into one pot and mashed them up. So we kind of blend thru all the different cultures and stuff. That's why we have this big christianity vs asian religions thing thats been happening for the past few decades, and just all kinds of different things.

If I should compare conservative europeans to conservative americans, they're like the same & with liberals to liberals: ditto. We're also a melting pot of cultures, but to a lesser degree. The capital city of my country: Budapest is pretty rich in racial minorities & so are bigger cities, such as Debrecen, Szeged, Pécs, Székesfehérvár & Veszprém as well. But Hungary in general? Not really...we have like 85-90% hungarians, 5-10% gypsies, the other minorities are mostly germans, slovaks, romans, serbs, slovenes and recently, because of the war: ukranians. So, mostly white people who look like us. But if we're talking about Western-Europe, like the Benelux states, France, the UK or Scandinavia, there's almost as many minorities there as in the US. So we're a melting pot. The difference is that-I think- most of the US's minorities came from slavery and latino people came from Mexico & a smaller percent consists of people who we're willing to venture out to live in a new country, where as in Europe, most of the minorities are pretty recent, from Iraq, Iran & other Middle- Eastern countries, who came here because of war & a bunch of africans who are here to study at uni & asians, which I mostly see working at either IT or customer service. But, tbh, I don't see egy being demographically diverse could be the case of looking older. Wouldn't it increase experimentation with fashion & trends, which would ultimately makes people say: "Wow, these youngsters are crazy!"?

This is sort of unrelated but Europe and America are completely different in terms of diversity. No country in Europe compared to ethnic diversity on the magnitude of the US. Most diversity within Europe is other Europeans. This is not even to say whether diversity is good or bad, but for every 3 Americans, only 2 of them will be white. In major cities, like NY, LA, for every 3 Americans, only one will be white. And that doesn’t even account for the cultural diversity within white people in the US, many of which are immigrants, especially in major cities. A quick google search tells me in Budapest, 75% of people are ethnic Hungarians. In NYC, only about 40% of people are of European descent and within that 40% there is a lot of different nationalities represented. I know it’s unrelated to the video, but as Europe has been becoming more diverse, I’ve been seeing a trend of Europeans not truly grasping the amount of diversity in the US and thinking it’s the same. It’s not a competition but just factually, Europe is far more homogenous than the US.
