Blunt truth? More like distorted White feminist take. She reduced the issue to men vs women even though the White female majority elected Trump who selected those 3 right wing justices, and White women in red states play a key role in electing anti-choice officials. Yet she ignores that and suggests society would be better off in only women were allowed to vote while suggesting men in general should be stripped of their voting rights even though a large percentage of the male population are people of color, the majority of which lean Democrat and favor pro choice candidates. If she were really looking to use her platform effectively, she'd call out the anti-choice White majority or her fellow White women who vote against women's rights, but nope, she'd rather put White women all on pedestals and instead attack all men including POC and allies.

Unlike other established LNS-Hosts, Jimmy Kimmel doesn‘t just go off air for a couple of weeks, but he offers his stage as a launch pad to his aspiring colleagues. I partially approve. My only problem is that she's outraged at the wrong people. Women hold 53% of the voting power, which, in a democratic society means they have ALL the power. She really needs to hold the people in charge accountable. Every election, my wife asks me who she should vote for and every election I explain the issues, where I stand on them, and where the parties stand on them and why I'm voting the way I am. It scares me to think of how many women just vote for who their husbands or fathers told them to vote for. Women have the power, they just need to use it.

@@brianbenoit6883 I would never ask my father for voting advice 🤣 I get anxious when sob overhears his outdated opinions. and the men I date have to agree with basic human rights to date me, so we’re usually on same political page. My friends ask me who to vote for. In a society structured for women to submit, it’s ironic that someone who’s never been expected to submit is annoyed at his wife for asking him who to vote for lol I feel like you just didn’t proofread your statement.

@@devonlockwood1477 Hah, all I could think was this is a almost a blunt cold reading, even less than that and Chelsea as a comic with a straight face would not always give her a point, by saying '''Oh, I don't know what it means but thank you'' which makes it funnier. I must say, I watch the show, but I have never seen this segment before. Did they did this before, with the pet psychic? Or it's just a bit that was made while she was hosting? It's Kimmel, his games and bits are almost always sarcastic and ironic. I am assuming that this type of ''professionals'' are existing, but maybe this woman was just acting? I don't know, it bothers me so much to know if the bit was for real, I know Chelsea didn't actually believe that. I mean.. reading of the photo of the dog? I spend time and time in trying to help resolve issues in my work as a psychologist and it's not always text book of course. So I was stunned watching this and then laughing, So I scrolled down to see if anybody made a comment so my very confused mind can be calmed by knowing the answer.

She makes perfect sense and is one of the most intelligent comedians out there. Wow what an awesome mind and talent Chelsea Handler is. I literally couldn't wait to watch her show. Please someone give her a late night talk show. Her voice is deeply needed.

Chelsea is right and she should certainly be writing for the Democrats. That said, Since the womens movement of the 60s that has been a slow march to villify men. Feminism has said for years we don't need men. This has lead to MGTOW and men giving up on approaching women. Now women are finding out when you alienate men you cannot influence men so we are left the think for ourselves which means we vote for people like Trump and that gives power to people like McConnell and that leads to the shift in Supreme Court. Now women are saying we want men back and I think that it is to late. I do not like Trump and never voted for him but enough people did that women are realizing a competition with men is not in their best interest.

Feminism seeks equality, are you getting your info from joe rogan too? Toxic masculinity is something we can live without, it harms you too. There is a big difference between "hating men" and wanting to eradicate toxic masculinity. Try listening to women about womens issues instead of men, you're in an echo chamber that sounds like it's from the 60s.

You may or may not like the messanges a host / hostess mediates but you can still appreciate the skills with whitch the message is mediated. You may still find the message entertaining or well orated even if your personal bias don't nessessarily agree with it. I personally would like more female talkshow hosts, read into that how ever you like.
