To you reading this right now... you are beautiful. Everything will work itself out. Everyone here knows how you feel right now. This feeling sucks, but know that you will be be ok. This too shall pass...Don’t fight the anxiety, just allow it to work it’s way through and Let it do its thing. Embrace the moment as you become at peace with things. Now I want you to close your eyes and place your hands in front of you and lightly wiggle your fingers like you’re playing a piano. You are shedding this off as we speak. For a long period of time my mind has been overcome with stress to the point of playing games, hallucinating and see things that are just not there due to my intense stress levels of overthinking and ruminating over things that I have no control over. Since coming across your video and engaging in your meditation practice consistently and daily. I am now starting to see significant changes my mind and total wellbeing is more relaxed too. Wow... that helped, that really helped. I faced with quite an unpleasant situation that left me speechless, I couldn't breathe, I felt numb but with too many thoughts rushing through my mind. There were too many things to handle for me, so I needed help and I found it. It eased my mind, I could finally fall asleep. And as I write it in the morning I can say - I still feel great. The problem isn't gone but at least I can breathe. Thank you, guys, you do a marvellous job, more like magic. Love from Ukraine.

Oh my God I needes this. I suffer from CPTSD and severe anxiety. I've had 2 panic attacks today, one yesterday. I haven't been dealing with well at all. :( Thank you so much. I swear you save lives. Hope you're living good lives, you deserve it. Thank you so much. Thank you so so much.

I was feeling really stressed out and overwhelmed with managing my job search with the symptoms of my cptsd. I felt so stressed that I even cried a little. This guided meditation helped me not only to relax but it also helped me get some very needed sleep. I've been using this throughout the past week and it's been nothing but helpful. (My favourite part is the positive affirmations. 😊) Many thanks to The Honest Guys. 🌻

Me too. I've had severe anxiety my whole life .. I remember really noticing it in my teens and now I'm 52. These guys are one of my favorite 3 channels on KZfaq that I use to help me manage it. But my goodness, what I wouldn't give to get rid of it completely!

When my PTSD gets the better of me, I turn to this meditation. It’s one of your finest and with our work together, I believe you The Honest Guys, presented me just one week ago today with divine intervention. After “sitting in limbo”, for months searching inward for purpose in my life, (I’m retired) I was approached by a woman just asking if I would consider being a Coach for the city’s swim team. It’s a dream come true for me. I have Purpose in my life now, Thanks a lot to You!

You’re so welcome. When we began this we saw thee was nothing free (We’d all chipped in to buy some guided meditations a couple of years prior) So we wanted people to be able to access it if they needed to but couldn’t have afforded courses.

this. this right here helped me so much. i suffer from anxiety and ptsd and the nausea that comes with my personal reaction to that had kept me from going to school for months now (ive done elearning). i have a mandatory in-school test april 8th and this really helped me heal and feel ready to go back. This was my 1st ever guided meditation. It was so good that I didn't realized I was zoned out on my floor. I actually was either sleep or tranced. I felt like I had a warm fuzzy blanket right out of the dryer feeling all over my body. It helped my anxiety med work even more. This video calmed me faster than medicine did. I was great for the rest of thr night. Even in the am I was alittle better!

I’ve always been sceptical of these kind of videos but after trying this....wow, I’ve never felt so relaxed and free from anxiety! My whole body felt warm and calm and I felt these strange, relaxing tingles in my head. Thank you for this, I feel like I can take the day on now

I remember him speaking in my ear telling me I'm okay next thing I know I hear a bell and my eyes popped open my whole body is relaxed... no burning in my stomach no pain in my hips and my chest feels calm. Amazing 👏

My mental health has been quite weird honestly… Anxiety. Emetophobia. Nostalgic depression. I get anxiety in the morning, noon, and the deep nostalgic depression at night. Sometimes both of them hit at the same time and it ruins my day/appetite. Been like this for about a year and a half. I’m 17. I feel stuck because I feel like I can’t tell anyone about this. I’m not close enough with my friends to talk to them about this. I don’t feel comfortable sharing my issues with the school councillor/teachers/police/strangers, etc. I know if I tell my mum she’ll use it against me in arguments (verbally abusive) and just put me down when she’s in a bad mood (she has very unstable mood patterns). If I tell my dad, well, he doesn’t believe in mental health issues. Once I tried to reach him little about my anxiety and he told me he has it too, but how he dealt with it was to suck it up, study hard, and it’s very obvious that he thinks he’s helping. And when he thinks he’s right, he becomes stubborn and there’s no way I can help him help me on this mental illness situation. What bothers me the most currently is the nostalgic depression. Literally everything makes me nostalgic. Looking out the window, etc. it’s absurd. I think I miss my childhood before Covid, because that’s when quarantine began and relationships failed. Now it’s so bad because I have school and going into uni. I wish I could just be a careless child again. I wish there were no responsibilities and just friends. No loneliness. Loneliness is what I face on a day to day basis at school because I am swept up in nostalgic depression or social anxiety. I am starting to see no point in anything. My mental health is getting worse by the day but I’m keeping my mouth shut. I just hope everything would resolve in my head. I am so desperate to tell someone in person about my struggles but no person is available to me, at least one I feel comfortable bawling my feelings out to. However there’s no one out there. What should I do next?

Well, meditation is just one of the things in a toolkit, there’s no magic pill, but it absolutely does help if it is made part of your life. You should definitely speak to a mental health professional and see what they suggest 🙏🏼

Do you have a trusted teacher or support service at your school? Many of us are older but we recall how difficult it is to be 17 and that was without CoVid. Counseling is so good. It gets better, try to take small steps towards social groups if you can. Choirs or exercise groups perhaps. Sorry I can't help more.

It's only recently I understood the expression "there's nothing to fear but fear itself". How true those words are. The fear itself is doing awful things to the brain and in relation, the body. Become an expert in parasympathetic response in the nervous system. Learn to keep it moving so the sympathetic responses are not triggered so often making everything feel and seem SO much worse than it is. The fear is the thing to be fearing.

I was feeling very anxious and restless before listening to this meditation, after listening to it I felt so free and relieved, my chest felt lighter and I felt optimistic... To anyone watching or listening what you feel may seem real but it's not. It may scare you let it scare you if it frightens you let it frighten you do not try to fight what you cannot control. Just admit that you were feeling this way deal with it strive with it then learn to live with it Fighting will give you nothing more pain. The true key is learning to accept it. Recently been through a traumatic experience. I haven't really felt right since. I haven't really been able to feel comfort. It was about 3 weeks ago which isn't long ago. But its been horrible being in this place of discomfort and rumination all the time. Emotionally I'm struggling alot. Thanks for this meditation. I was having a really bad PTSD episode and this really helped collect and heal myself a little. My thoughts were racing.. I felt a tight band around my head and once the video was over I felt this overwhelming sense of peace and ability to relax again.. thank you.

THG, can you guys please do a 1hour go back to bed guided meditation with rain sounds and 4, 7, 8 technique for insomnia if you can't get back to sleep as a request? For racing thoughts etc? And stress, anxiety/panic and depression? No one wants to wake up in the middle of the night with stress and not being able to go back to sleep. :( And s body scan with binaural rain sounds? With exercise techniques you normally do? Can you make it a Harry Potter train ride to Hogwarts with rain also hitting the window etc. Would be nice. :)

We are actually going to do one to help people get back to sleep. We don’t do Harry Potter, sorry, our writer never read it or saw any films. None of us have. It would just be either a Dreamweaver one or a different ‘story’ type.

That was brilliant. I was very anxious, because I messed up my 2nd year of a maths degree and got a 3rd. Should’ve done more work. Absolutely deserved it. Currently on placement year. Was anxious about the amount of additional pressure that’s going to be put on me next year by family and uni. This has calmed me down.

What a perfect meditation. Includes all that I love in a guided meditation, nice voice and music, affirmations, visualisation, healing, body scan and is just the right length to play in the morning before getting out of bed.

This is weird. I was feeling like a little pin needle in my chest heart and my anxiety went up the roof. I felt disconnected n mind running fast. I laid down I was uneasy and couldn’t but then slowly heard this and with time I was calm Thank you
