I am so glad you like it Hannah. I love 'Flying' too and often play it to help me relax. The meditation was designed for people (like me) who have trouble sleeping and was beautifully produced by Tom Middleton who is a sleep science advisor and sound architect. From Italy, this is simply beautiful! I would love it a bit longer, for some reason I wake up when the music stops. I’m listening to the one that is 8 hours long but it doesn’t have Aura’s guided meditation , her voice is angelical and relaxes me a lot. Anyway, I think this is really a wonderful meditation video.

I've listened to ALOT of guided meditations in my life. This is one of the best I've heard. I truly felt like I was floating in some safe space. ☁ Aura, you TRULY have a gift. Your voice is amazing...soothing, comforting, just lovely...& the music is gorgeous. Please make more guided meditations. It would be great to hear one for releasing anxiety. 💓 👍

As 'Flying' is the music I go to sleep to every night, I feel in a good position to compare for you. I know that I have deeper and more restorative sleep when I listen to this track in normal circumstances, but there are occasions when I have to play it twice as I am not settled. Those nights are when I would engage this track, it is beautifully done. I love the 30 minute tracks, they are so suited to the modern lifestyle, could you add them all to the playlist?
