So far the only users of Ki magic are Chipp, Kliff, Jam ,Baiken , Hayhyun, Anji and potentially May Also , Axl was able to learn basic fire magic on his own after he appeared in the future and learned about it, and he did it pretty fast as Axl is a prodigy when it comes to fighting. I also like the attention to detail with his fire attacks. In older games you can see the magic runes on his sickles when you use fire attacks , and he uses fire in it's most basic form to light sickles on fire or make explosions. It's easy to see that he is a little out of his element with magic ,as he is literally not built for it

don't know if you'd be interested, but I'd heavily recommend Thorgi's Arcade - King of Fighters Retrospective series for reactions in the future, he goes into pretty much everything related to the KOF games, from creation, gameplay, roster and lore, they are long but a fun time nonetheless.

at the start when you asked if romans believ in valhalla he was referring to the holy roman empire which was formed in germany and not related to the roman empire in italy , the holy roman empire believed in germanic mythology which gave birth to norse mythology and therefore alot of similarities

There’s only one thing you need to keep in mind when you’re watching this series: as stated in the video, it was made before Strive released, which means Woolie will refer to Testament and Bridget using masculine pronouns(he/him), when as of Strive, Testament is agender (they/them) and Bridget now uses feminine pronouns (she/her). It isn’t Woolie’s fault for not using the correct pronouns, as these facts were only revealed after Strive’s release (at least, not revealed in English) but it’s good for you to know.
