I always laugh when people scoff at this song and act like its easy, and they are too good to play it. Truth is 99% of bands can't even play it past the intro. This is a great cover

Jacoby changed up the phrasing a bit..and you know what, it works! Carlos sounds like he was having a great time laying down variations of Ritchie Blackmore's licks. All around a solid cover of a classic.

When deep purple made this song , it became a masterpeice in many peoples hearts.. This cover though .. wow :) even if I'm Metallica fan and all that , I still grew up with papa listen to santana / hendrix .. so I really wanted to hear this version of the song and even my papa bang hes had and said, "this singer who is it? he do an amazing work on this peice of music" ,, just wow , just wow :)

Excellent version. Nicely reworked rather than just copied. I think I first heard this version on Napster where there are tons of versions of this song (including some rubbish ones).

Santana took one of the most recognizable, overused, and easiest riffs of all time and made it his own. Awesome cover. Also, does anyone know where I can find an instrumental of Santana's cover of Back In Black? Musically, its cool. I just think Nas ruined it for me.
