Sorry about your friend Michael. I lost my girlfriend of nearly a decade at the end of June, she was killed by a careless driver. It’s very sad for a young person to go so unexpectedly... she reluctantly watched GOTD everyday with me. Now the show keeps my mind form wandering for 10 minutes 5 days a week. Stay strong.

Much credit to you, Michael (and Jen), for not editing out your grief in this video. "Day in the Life" was brilliant - fueled by your pain. Last year, in the space of about six weeks, I lost my mother and three very old friends. This year our younger son went to live in the UK and our middle grandson is off to the USA in a week's time, having won a scholarship. The Mustang family have a lovely pure sound when played clean. Walter Becker showed us this on "Aja".
