This video is a short story of one of the coolest collabs I've been a part of! It involves a killer Calton Case, a stunning PRS & good friends.

I've played in several bands, but not anywhere close to the level where you are. Some of my fondest memories are of just sitting around with an acoustic and bass, and playing and singing. I love the Lab. You guys are great musicians, and seem to be nice people. I've learned a lot watching the videos, and as a musician, I really appreciate the attention you pay to the details of the songs you cover. That makes all the difference. The world keeps changing, and we do the best we can to keep up. Stay safe.

I bought my first good amp in 1984, a Rivera-era Fender Concert II 112 at N’Stuff Music (then called Pianos n’ Stuff) in Blawnox, PA. For years P&S was known for their great comic artwork on their mailers and their annual March Madness sale. Never seen so many people crammed into a basement lol! The shop walls were lined with band publicity photos, all pro musician customers.

I couldn't agree with you more. Steve has been a friend of mine since the 80's. He is a great guy and one of my very best friends. Acoustic Music Works is my go to store. Billy from N' Stuff is also a friend and I have been buying from N' Stuff for many years.

I just wanted to say thank you for all of your amazing videos. I started playing guitar in 5th grade in 1970 but I had stopped playing in 2000 and just started back up 2 years ago. I love what you have put out here. Always Great playing in your performance videos and great story here. Thank you for sharing. I especially find your tutorials super helpful and well presented. THANK YOU!

Loved the story, Dale. I’ve always said, “Music is meant to be shared”, and the fellowships created through that can last a lifetime. For instance, I discovered you through your instructional videos, which led me to following the Lab Band. I’m still trying to learn and still watching hours of KZfaq lessons, but it’s all for fun and makes me happy. Which, in the end, is all any of us can hope for. (Hope to see you in the upcoming KISS covers😎). Your friend, Terry

Hello Terry...thanks for the very kind post and also for sharing music! Music makes me happy too, I like that phrase. I will not be doing any LLB things as that season is behind me. It was a lot of fun, work and great memories but all things change. I hope you and your family are very well, your friend, dale.

All interesting mate, thanks for sharing. I agree with you...the relationships we have in life - good or bad - are the most important because it’s them, and the experiences they provide us with, that shape us into the people we are today. Mind you...lots of guitar kit runs a VERY close second!! 😜 😂😂😂 Regards, Dave

Absolute truth. My music journey, perhaps like yours, has been nothing but joy with all the relationships I've encountered. Over the years, I've played with folks all over the country and I've cherished the times together, and oh the things I've learned. I believe that if you love people, the music you make and the fun that you have, (not only in the music sphere, but in all circles of our life), is priceless and precious. From Rock, Blues, Latin, Acoustic, Country to Jazz, it's all been fun. Thanks for a great video. You always make us all feel like we're dear friends.. Thanks Dale. Ralph Perez (not the Ralph he mentioned... ha ha ah ah)

Thank you, Dale - for sharing this wonderful relationship story!! 3 years ago, I finally reconnected (on Facebook) with my closest childhood friend - with whom I learned to play guitar (we were both 9 years old then) - I was so overwhelmed and excited by reconnecting with him, that I sent him a gift card to Sweetwater, and told him to buy any guitar he wanted...we were both pretty choked up about it - but he bought a blonde Epiphone Casino (same as Lennon played on the rooftop) - there's my relationship story! Thanks again, Dale!
