i ABSULTELY love the guitar work in this, the pickin and grinning parts of this ballad are really unreal how well you guys cover this, BUT, the vocals are truly spectacular. The ladies add SO much to the overall project. Just beautiful all around.

Great Video, the history of how you guys and girls came together is amazing. The older we get 67 for me is the more we appreciate life. I’m a Garage Drummer 🥁 and play to my own sound system and I’ll make a Rum/Coke W/Lime and hit my Ludwig Kit and have a Blast. What a great Concept to be like Daryl’s House bringing killer Musicians together. I like when one of you said “ I get to play what I like and not have to load my gear at 1:00am” great point. HSCC= Hindley Street Country Club Band in Australia is also knocking it out of the Park with great Copy Songs. What I like about them is they will do Disco and Funk also. Growing up in the 70’s it wasn’t only Rock. Please 🙏 give some Funk and Disco a try. I love that you guys are here in the USA 🇺🇸. God Bless you all for all the effort you put in. Music is a Language and a Gift to all of us. 🙏❤️

Having now become a huge fan of the great work that LLB do I was trying to remember what brought the project to my attention and it was this song. I was searching for the best live version of this to put on my play list and to learn how to play the song. There is actually quite a few great live versions of this song, (Paul rarely puts in less than top rate performance) but this one was as good as any when trying to really hear the guitar parts. As a song writer I almost never pay attention to “cover bands” but LLB do it so well that well I happily keep coming back for more. I listened to an interview the other day where Vandy spoke about nostalgia and being faithful to the original as part of the reason why the songs have connected so much. From my point of view that is totally correct but to me these versions also have an energy of their own and that very unscientific thing called “vibe” which is an essential component to truly great recorded music. I think it’s because of the method in rehearsing and recording that you use where the songs are caught in the moment before they become over rehearsed as a band and the magic is partly the nervous energy that happens at that point. Then there’s the production which to my ears is brilliant. Anyhow the work is amazing and all the very best to each and every one of you good people. Whoops this is the third time I have made comment on this song alone the first time 2 years ago where did time go? Needless to say I spend way too much time on you tube, I am still impressed, and my memory is very ordinary. 😂.

Just a small detail that may help other at 2:11 “F# chord with the third Bb in the bass.” F# Major chord is F# A# C#, and so Bb may be enharmonic but better called A# (the third) in the bass. Potatoes pota-toes to some, or it help another. Love your lessons in 2024! Best on the web for this song, despite no singing.

Despite my very sensitive musical ear, but if I was going not to see them by my eyes but just listen to them, then I would think that they are *Eagle* themselves whom play the song. They are copy paste to Eagle 100 percent.
