Well if you listen to the guitar music from the 50s through to early 70s its hard to believe someone would say its hard to believe a guitar can sound this good hahah Nearly everyone he mentions is from that era, even his guitar is that era 👍 its no mystery, its how a guitar is meant to sound haha could even almost call this a bit bland in comparison! This guys great though

I dig Marcus’s ability as a young guitarist and songwriter. But until you live in the tri-state area, (Connecticut, New York, New Jersey) you really don’t know all the extremely talented musicians that has come out of this area. Stamford Connecticut is about 45 minutes from Manhattan. There has been a lot of talented musician and artist develop in this area. Not everybody lives in the South or in Nashville Tennessee that can really play a guitar and sing.
@zzyzx-road4 ай бұрын
I live in that area. I agree some fabulous guitar players. But if you are suggesting that anyone is on Marcus’ level, just nope.
@fredmueller99194 ай бұрын
@@zzyzx-road I can’t disagree with you more pal. Marcus’s grandfather and father taught and set him up to be who he’s become. Yes, he’s talented and can play. But any young musician that makes a broad statement about coming stamford Connecticut insinuating like there would never be any talent musician here it’s just disrespectful in my opinion. You realize Marcus King is around the same age as Stevie Ray vaughn was when Stevie first got known with pride and joy. He would’ve never made that comment because he was a humble and respectful guitar/singer songwriter, who plays his ass off. Marcus needs to think before he speaks. Because if he keeps going in that direction, he’s gonna turn people off.
