Gulab Jamun Cake
Ingredients:
For cardamom cake:
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup milk powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 eggs
For syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp saffron thread
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For garnishing:
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tbsp almonds chopped
- 1 tbsp pistachios chopped
- 1 tbsp walnuts chopped
