$15 admission, and a $10 parking fee. Dealers selling new guns more expensive than offered online or at local gun shops. Or trying to sell old used guns at higher prices than new ones. Scrap metal military surplus from Africa are all collectible classics and they demand premium prices for them. Totally absurd. There are no bargains to be found. We have had better luck at garage sales and pawn shops.

All I know is every show I have gone to the dealers are pricing them selves right out of business , used guns going for more than new new ones, and Im not talking collectables!

Most of the guys at our shows travel the state, so I wouldn’t be surprised if gun show quality is fairly regional

She looks a lot like the Model 604 we used in the Air Force. They originally came with chromed BCG, 3-Prong flash hider, and no trap door in the butt. By the 90s, many had the phosphate A1/A2 BCG with serrations, bird cage flash hider and butt trap. We used whatever parts were in stock during rebuilds. But many 604s survived in original configuration. That is, until we ran out of M193 ammo stashed in German caves, and had to modify them into Franken-M16A2s. Sad, sad time. And, it was pointless. We adopted the M4A1 a few years later. I really miss the original, Air Force 20 round mags that had a stainless steel, no tilt follower. That's right, Cupcakes. We had no tilt followers before the Army even adotped the AR. The Army went with black plastic followers. And the rest is history. 🤠

Love these comments! I believe it’s a 602 because it has no fence, and the 604 is a partial fence. It’s under the dust cover though, so you can’t really see it.

I once saw a Winchester 1897 at a gun show for $600. I don't ever wanna hear gun show slander in my house.

🇦🇺😎👍Hey Big Bad John…223 is now $24/20 and upwards down here now….lol ,tell Christians you own guns down here and you can watch them go numb 😳….that black rifle will get you 2 years in Australia….all ammo is up 60/110% since the scamdemic …I haven’t been to the gun shop for about 6 months, can’t afford to. Inflation is killing us , the corporation is coming down hard on us…great video mate🏁🇺🇸

The fashionistas' obsession with carry handles to be like GT and AR got so bad in 2022 and 2023 that I eventually stopped taking my XM16E1 to public ranges. I couldn't even enjoy myself because the entire time was spent being bombarded by people trying to buy it for the upper.

last show is was at, it was black rifle everything. ammo was high also.

Nice video but I have not been to a gun show that charges five dollars in a long long time. All the gun shows now that I go to or $10 plus. Again, thanks for the video

$15 admission + $10 parking for the Suncoast Gun Show. That was 3 years ago. Might be more now.

Hello, from East Texas. Have you had any experience or thoughts about a Portuguese Mauser 937A- K98 Mauser rifle. I love the old surplus rifles.

$5 gun show ? What year you living in? Its $12-14 my area

I know right? It's $15-20 entry fee for the shows in my area, and honestly the only good deals nowadays are ammo, accessories like bayonets and slings, and occasional literature when I'm lucky enough to find a vendor peddling collector's reference books for firearms. A good deal on an actual firearm is a needle in a haystack when folks still think a basic M91/30 or Last-Ditch Arisaka starts at $600 and only goes up from there.

$15 here, about 2 years ago, could be $20 now, plus $10 parking fee. Overpriced food just like at football games. There are no deals to be had because new guns are more expensive than online and used guns are priced higher than new ones, because every one is called a collectible classic. Scrap metal guns from Africa are also overpriced because they are collectible war relics. It's all BS !

@@8mmmauserman you could get a small handheld press by Lee. I used that when I had to live in a dorm lol. I was gonna say you should try 53 grains of 4350 with a 196 grain bullet sometime for 8x57.
