She did 6 months in jail because she did what the lady said she did. Unfortunately the mother told the child what to say. The older lady wasn't charged with pulling no gun on the child because the police didn't believe that the lady did that.

If a child actually witnessed someone with a gun in front of them that said they're going to shoot their mother.. I highly doubt they would be able to just repeat that story so nonchalantly. I don't like that old lady plaintiff but she really did coach her daughter

I believe everything the defendant said. The plaintiff was hostile from get go and the fact that she had the cases against her and in the process of another case for the same reason why the defendant got a restraining order on her tells a lot about this woman’s aggression. She needed to be in jail yesterday. This fool will end up killing a child sooner or later because she’s gun happy. Either she will kill someone or they end up liking her in self defense.
