Flagg is relocating flood victims to Gunsmoke Ranch. The Three Mesquiteers know Flagg to be a crook and try to warn them. They ignore the warning and improve the land only to find that it has been condemned for a new dam.

Excellent ! This film has a better story line. Watching these old westerns was not the way to learn how to ride livery horses. One life, one chance to ride. Mount up! Enjoyed watching the riders and awesome horses. Good job folks, and I'm sorry I can't buy ya a beer and listen to stories for awhile.

i like the robert livingston three mesqueteers films better than the later ones with john wayne.livingston was in mostly supporting parts at M.G.M,he was in MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY 1935,with clark gable and THE THREE GODFATHERS 1936,with chester morris,he became more famous i guess when he signed with republic the next year.
