Pork Filling
400g pork (0.9lbs)
2 tablespoon (27g) soy sauce
1 tablespoon (13g) cooking wine (I used Taiwanese cooking wine)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon ground sichuan pepper
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
½ tablespoon (12g) sugar
Pinch salt
1 ½ spring onions
1 thai chilli (adjust to your taste, 1 thai chilli makes this MILD in spiciness)
Bread
60 ml warm milk
120 ml warm water
1 large beaten egg
5 tablespoon (75g) sugar
1 package (½ tablespoons) (9g) yeast
420g (2 ½ cups) bread flour
2 tablespoon (30g) softened butter

I thought they were just buns ar firs, they came out really good. They're so big too. Also, do you think some sauce on the side would have made these extra good? And yes I do enjoy spicy foods. 😋

I made these today! They came out so cute thank you so much! Edit: I just tasted them and they were great! Even though they aren't really the type of food I enjoy, they still tasted pretty good. I think most people would love it.

I hate to be that person, but it's actually Guoba, not Gouba. You can confirm it in the genshin wiki. guōbā means scorched rice in chinese.

I understand! My reference was the English version of Genshin where Xiangling throws it and says Gooba!

@@IssaGrill Yeah, english voice actors pronounce foreign words very strangely, like they didn't get any directions on them. Oz's and Fischl's german pronunciations suck, and basically every character has their own versions of pronouncing Liyue names. And it bothers me a lot that I think nobody in the game pronounces Tartaglia correctly, with a silent 'g', since it's an italian word.

These are cute. Nice work! When I try to tell people how hot to make their yeast-water I say "Almost too hot to touch; don't be a hero." It seems to work okay, though I really should get a food thermometer to see if it's all been luck until now.
