This looks so delicious, especially that bread! I seriously love seeing more of the behind the scenes process! Including all of the realities of the kitchen, like rotten tomatoes/garlic and an "oops" of salt, haha, I've been there! I'd say I'm a cooking level 4 of 5 and I love trying more advanced techniques. That being said, I really enjoy the in-depth explanations of each step and your little tidbits of advice like bringing the butter to room temperature. Can't wait to see what you make next! ♥️

I dig this in-depth recipe. I find it more enjoyable than the regular ones since my old brain has trouble keeping up with the information density of the one-minute videos. I'm a 4/5 cook, so don't cater to me since I'm over here critiquing your work: - I would've liked to see you make the bread by hand since it's not hard and and it turns out most people don't seem to have a hand mixer, let alone stand mixer. - When proofing your dough in the oven: after putting in the bowl and pouring in the water, turn the oven on at 200C for one minute, then turn it off again. You don't want the oven to get hot; you're just looking to take the edge of off its cold. - For final assembly I would have put the sauce on the bread, cheese on top of that, toasted it, then added the onion and garnish. I think Crab, Ham and Veggie Bake could be good. Maybe even the special version if you're feeling adventurous.

Thank you for the long comment, i love these so much! nice 4/5! have you gone to culinary school or a hobby?! - i absolutely refused to do this by hand because when i film it takes m☺e around 6 hours i didn't want to get tired for sure - i would love to try the 200C method! i cant wait to make more breads! -toasting sounds nice! it should definitely fuse the flavors! ill try that method as well -i didn't want to add sauce first cause once i smear ricotta on it might slip around and get messy for presentation, that would have been a great ratio of tomato to ricotta tho! thank you for your support i cant wait til the next recipe to get critiqued again! i love knowing how different people would do it! crazy how a food picture could trigger so many ideas :D!

@@IssaGrill I'm glad it's been working for you! My house is really drafty so sometimes simply having the dough hang out with boiling water wasn't quite enough.

@@IssaGrill I just realized I forgot to reply to this comment. Sorry about that! I considered going to culinary school but instead decided to try to get into a field that was less volatile. I also don't have to spend anymore time trying to tournée carrots and can instead focus on funner things like making Gopher Cakes real.

I wanted to make this for the cooking channel I started. I already made my version, but seeing how someone else did it was interesting. Instead of cheese, I made a bechamel. I also sauteed yellow unions instead and put them on top of a rustic bread that was toasted with butter. It was so good.
