Nicely explained sir. Sir pao regularly puts objections in medical bills in terms of 1. Consumables items 2. Medicine charges 3. Investigation/ lab charges not listed in CGHS/ dgehs list. Please clarify how to restrict the above points so that it may not come under objection.

1. Consumable items are reimbursable in IPD treatment only. 2. Only NA medicines are reimbursable. 3. Investigations not listed in CGHS list are not reimbursable.

Good morning sir My father is a pensioner under CGHS and he was undergone "vat upper lobe tubetcomy " lungs surgery which is unlisted in CGHS and reference letter was not given to us by CGHS dispensary, therefore we had to bear the cost of surgery and we also don't have emergency certificate because hostipal refuse our admission to emergency by saying that first get refrence letter

Thanks for uploading such informative videos regularly.. Sir I wanted to know if I can get my father operated. His femur/thigh bone was replaced by an implant a few years ago (when he wasn't covered under CGHS) but it has lost its efficacy with time and causing a lot of trouble. Recently I & my family got enrolled under the CGHS scheme as I have been appointed in a Central Govt department. Is it possible to get a new femur bone implant for my dad under CGHS scheme?

Sir, kindly advise whether pension and pensionary benefits can be withhold just on the basis of a complaint on admin irregularities against any Govt. Employee who is due to retire in 6 months. There is no RDA pending or contemplating against Govt. employee and no judicial proceedings is pending against him. If vigilance clearance is not issued by Deptt., then what steps to be taken by Govt. Servant so that his pension papers may be sent to Pay and Account Office for issue of PPO.

नमस्ते सर जी आपने बहुत ही अच्छी जानकारी बहुत ही सही प्रकार से दी है धन्यवाद। मैं DGEHS कार्ड धारक हूँ मैं ये जानना चाहता हूँ कि मेडिकल बिल के साथ मे क्या डॉक्टर के द्वारा दी गई परिसकैप्टिन भी क्या original लगानी होती है या फ़ोटो कॉपी। कुछ DDO मेडिकल बिल ओर मेडिकल परिसकैप्टिन दोनो ओरिजनल मागते है कुछ केवल मेडिकल बिल ओरिजिनल मागते है । कृपया मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करे । कोई आर्डर हो तो कृपया भेज दे।

So did she made us to follow wrong procedure as your video just mentioned pharmacy, pls guide.

confusion happens 1. which are all operation & tests falls under package rate ... which does not fall under package rate 2. if a person takes treatment in non empaneled hospital how to restrict the amount 3. cost of implants if not in rate list then how to restrict the bill

sir medical ka jo paisa milta h wo annual salary me add hota h kya plzz confirm this i expense 6 lakh but he died.after treatment .but department pay 3 lakh & add this amount annual gross salary. so we pay heavy tax.
