Thanks Dr, plain straightforward advice, there's so many people with stomach problems nowadays and we don,t know where to start.

I’ve been following a low fod map diet for months now for my SIBO and I found out that I have gut dysbiosis as well. My stomach has gotten worse the past few months despite take medication for the SIBO and following a strict low fod map diet.

Dr. Jockers, this video described what has happened to my Dad and how to prevent it from happening to me by completing some of the at=home tests and then ensuring that I continue to attend to a healthy gut microbiome. He was hospitalized three times, and they ran $100K+ in tests to determine that he needed a shunt put into his bile duct and his gallbladder removed. When I think about all the reasons you describe about what can happen if you don't attend to your gut biome, he has done or experienced everyone of them. He simply doesn't understand the impact of his life and food choices on his health. But when you know better, you can do better. I'm sharing this video with every member of my family and my online health community group. Thank you, thank you!!

Should one build the microbiome before getting rid of sif and sibo? This video has been the best I’ve seen out of all the doctors I’ve watched over the last 2 years getting no where. I had even paid a holistic doctor money I didn’t have for nothing but him keeping me on Candida diet that did nothing. My whole digestive system is down and I don’t know where to begin. I’ve been able to eat the same 5-7 foods for 3 years now some days I have reactions to my safe foods. I’ve got MTHFR c677t homozygous. H pylori, sifo, sibo, Candida, bad gallbladder. How would I be able to add foods back to build my body and system back up? Do you have more information on the liquid diet like protein powders you’d use for ppl with histamine issues and how long you’d do the liquid diet for? I can’t handle l-glutamine for leaky gut. I tried gaps intro diet and it didn’t help much. I’ve gotten severe anxiety and depression that’s treatment resistant now.

I was just wondering would a colon irrigation get rid of dysbiosis? Because I have no idea what I have, I seem to have this very bad distension and pressure feeling in my abdomen which feels like gas, but it doesn’t seem to release, it feels like a block in my large intestine, any light for me doc? I have had this for 6 months.
