Do not ONLY focus on you're food, but also on you're life and how be happy with youreself and what you do. How to enjoy and wonder about the life that you have been given, tell the people you love that you love them. Help out others who are in need of you're help and listen to those who need to be listend to. Yes..food is important but we are still (for the most of it) dependend on the food farms all over the world that provide the supermarkets where you get you're food from. We can't ignore the fact that we can not 100 procent avoid the bad stuff that is put in the food, even if you give you're best to avoid it. We are all so focused on food and how we look, social media, work etc etc that we sometimes (not all) forget to enjoy the beautiful things in life. Pardon my bad English grammar ...i wish you all a long and healthy/happy life !

Marvel what the doctor is saying is all our ailments are preventable. The food we eat are the problem. The FDA approve of round up, pesticides, GMO to go into our food and bad health, disease, and death is the result. You could live to be a 105 years old but because the food, GMO, pesticides, and a number of other things we eat that go on our bodies, our but will kill us prematurely, or have us walking around here not knowing who we are, not knowing our children. The stuff is killing you either way. Wake up. This is preventable. We need to March on Washington and make them change the laws. This stuff is preventable. Children are dying prematurely too.

The part that get me is the fact they don’t differentiate the physiological structure of the different races and or different sexes as it pertain to health and wellness, so many things you miss in research rather than actual dissection and looking at cadavers of different races of people and sexes of those races so many things have been misinformed and Mis researched. I love them both and love their work, I just need more honesty and less capitalism.

The answer is we the people of the United States need to MARCH on Washington. Sign petitions to make the laws change concerning FDA and how they approve for pesticides, antibiotics, and GMO and a host of other thing they approve of to go on food. The answer is we need to stop the use of pesticides, GMO, and hormones in food. What the doctor is saying is heart disease is preventable. Gut disable is preventable and all the ailments we suffer from is preventable therefore you can live to be 105 and even to 120 if you want to. But if things stay as they are the average person will die prematurely and children coming behind us will not live to be as old as we are. Sad. And it's all preventable.

Get your magnesium intake up to about 5-6 mg/lb. body weight (more if really active), eat lots of cooked organic veggies (better yet, grow your own nutrient dense version), eat some quality lamb liver (more palatable than beef liver to me, anyway), fry less and pressure cook more, use ghee (clarified butter) for frying or anything high heat (and don't burn your food), and combine all that with no food after 6 PM and intermittent fasting, and you have a very good program for most people. I'd also add that eating a nutrient dense, low glycemic index meal at 6 PM is a good idea as well (it has beneficial effects on melatonin). For those who want to go the extra mile, get some blue blocker glasses and put them on when the sun goes down.

45:43 The two way communication is largely due to the enteric nervous system and vagus nerve. The ENS is referred to as our second brain and where we get our "gut instinct" from. It's the interaction of the ENS and microbiome that affects our psychological and physical well-being. When we exercise we stimulate the ENS and improve vagal tone. Conversely a sedentary lifestyle, especially when it includes a toxic diet, decreases vagal tone.

I've been using turmeric for quite a while now, in food, Capsules, I haven't really seen a difference in my health but it could be because I'm not eating the right things either but turmeric really is excellent for cuts, burns, make a paste out of it with some water put on sore, then cover it with a Band-Aid it will heal so quickly it's fantastic scars will disappear I love it❤

@@thissunchild Do tell where it's been scientifically proven that lectins are killing people. For example, please show me the source where scientists have discoverd entire civilizations who were destroyed by lectins because their diet consisted primarily of rice. I guarantee you that it can be verified that Asians who have lived and prospered in Asia for thousands of years would disprove your source. Do tell why a successful surgeon would give up a long career that required a ton of money and time in education and then time in residency (which could all equate to almost 10 years) before actually being a surgeon--give all that up just to sell supplements on a website and then be forced to hit the KZfaq circuit to promote them. Please provide the scientific undisputed research that shows only Dr. Gundry's expensive-a$$ supplements are the only way you can fight lectin poisoning. Good luck with all that. While you're at it, please do your research about successful surgeons to find out why they abruptly stop performing surgeries. My guess is that it isn't because they concluded selling supplement products is more rewarding. I'd be interested in hearing about what you found.

its being hidden from us by the higher ups. they want us to get diseases so we buy their treatments and make money off us. doctors are trained to prescribe medication for the appropriate problems. they aren't trained to tell us how to prevent these problems. that's for us to find out ourselves. once we all find out. they make no money. it's as simple as that.

This is an insanely interesting interview. Last year I had a chance to invest $1200 in either a bike or a computer (I had neither) and I decided to buy a bike, even though it was near the end of summer and I live in north western Ontario. Boy, am I ever glad I chose the bike. I dont use it every single day, but when I do feel so much better in every way. Being active, caring about my health, eating good, healthy foods, and drinking good quality tea. I tell you, I'm a different person now. Not quite where I want to be, but so much closer than I had been for the previous 20 years of my life.

Totally. By the way just checked out your Channel, my immediate unfiltered reaction is that your titles and thumbnails don't inspire me to click on them. The single most important factor in KZfaq popularity is click-through rates on your videos. How to avoid excess tissue growth in your body (in less than 4 minutes) like I would probably click on that for example. by the way, I know as the actual creator it can be hard to think like this. I tend to use pretty technical titles in my videos even though I know they don't actually get good click-through
