I've hung out with Frank a few times over the last 3 years (usually to watch boxing matches), and this is how he is in real life. Super humble, super nice, and just an all around good guy. I'd love for a man like him to be a champ someday.

Tank breaks down his opponents and get them out of their game plan, I think he tried to stay away from the ropes but the pressure was too much. He felt alot better being on the ropes then in the center of the ring

We need to stop calling people who lose bums etc - it stops great fights from happening cos no one wants to step up. All athletes lose - bron and curry and all of em lose- but fighters lose too but are afraid to fight cos they afraid to lose - look af Shakur . Frank fought a great fight. He fought against an elite fighter and was winning. He lost with dignity an honor. No excuses which makes him rare. Hes a great fighter and will get better and better.
