My brother in law rescued a kitten from a dumpster at a Dunkin Donuts and there ya go Dunkin. He had a great life and a few years ago crossed the bridge to meet St Francis. God Bless all pet parents.

I found 6 kittens in my work parking lot. I kept one and found them all homes. I never had a cat before but it was the best thing that ever happened to me! My dog loves him too!❤

It's so great you adopted him and gave him a home. But he will get sick, and not live long on McDonald's food or other people food. You need to learn more about cats, feeding and nutrition for that kitten. Feeding him that will make him so sick. 😢 It's not cool. It's foolish. If you really love him.. be responsible and feed him good grade, natural, cat food. You can research it. Not the cheap stuff with cereals, grains. Feed him good meat and fish quality food.. and healthy, filtetrd water.. not tap.. so he lives a long life with you..

And remember - the baby got saved, when not only was he already dumpster-diving for ANY food, he could have been run over by a car, abused by cruel humans, got into a fight with a stronger cat and lost an eye... and so on. There are a lot of ways to educate someone who is new to being a cat daddy, I'd recommend not the preachy and patronizing way. Saying what you said gets interpreted by many as "cats are too much work and money" instead of feeling compassionate. Or that the only way to be a cat parent is to give food that they themselves cannot eat because of the cost. A lot of us are not wealthy enough for premier organic cat food with "healthy filtered water"- but at least the lil ones have a warm home and love, and I am sure that french fries are a treat, not a regular diet. So take a breath before you post something like that.

And before you preach again, I've been a cat mom for many years - know the nutritional needs and try to meet them. But I can tell you for sure - being a world traveller to countries such as Turkey and Greece, where most cats live on the streets and are ravenous for food - many cats in this world meet a far worse end than eating french fries. I won't elaborate. That kitty could have died if he wasn't rescued, and that is the bigger message of the video.

Gifted with an orange cat, now that’s a blessing. The doggo was certainly enjoying the taste of his new Big Mac. I love that family, their music sounds cool too. A cool cat for a cool “pride”. Interesting how they were working on a song that fit what was just about to happen.

Why would it be that shocking to you? McDonald's are everywhere. Theyre cheap, meaning poor folks can eat there. Doesent take much brain power to figure out that if ur gonna find a stray cat anywhere it probably would be a McDonald's. Probablt the most likely place on earth to find a stray hungry animal. U can find homeless people are some McDonald's too. The one by my house homeless people hang put by the drive thru. And there's often stray animals and escaped residential animals going thru the dumpster. 60 year old exurb. U can find abandoned animals at hotels a lot too. And trailer parks. Anywhere they're likely to find warmth or a place to hide. Or free food.

I love these stories when we fellow animals are going about our daily business and suddenly find another fellow animal in need of help and/or a home. We literally drop everything to care for what OFTEN becomes a new family member. Big Mac is so handsome and is now in his forever home. All of my 70 years of kitties have definitely picked me. They're so clever and they actually do usually choose us cuz they just SEE that we are their new bestest friends !!! Sending happy purring from us kitties 😸in MD to you great kitties and pups !!!

What a beautiful story!! 💕 He's adorable!! 😽💙 I have a story similar to this!! We went on vacation last Thanksgiving week!! We normally go to Florida but a hurricane changed our plans!! So we went to Dauphin Island!! Very nice and calm place!! My husband likes shell gas so had to go off the island to find a Shell station!! As he pulled up to the pump he noticed some cans of cat food!! He got out to pump the gas and out of the corner of his eye this little tabby kitten came running toward him!! This station was on a busy four lane road and this baby was almost hit by a truck!! 😽💔 He has always wanted a tabby so decided if this kitten would come to him he was going to bring him back to the Inn we were staying at luckily it was pet friendly as we had our dog with us!!! 🐶💙💕 The attendant at the station said the kitten had been running around there awhile!! 😔 So he calls me and tells me about the kitten and as they say the rest is history!! 😄 I can't believe it's almost been a year!!! He's not so little anymore and the dog has decided he's ok now!!! 🐶🖒 It's been interesting but we dearly love them both!! 🐶😽💖
