Stay, and make this show bearable. Wish she had! Guy is the absolute best thing about this show. No other character cones close. Poor Jonas. He didn't ask to be cast opposite Richard Armitage, after all.

I loved this episode because of the Guy/Marian scenes. Guy, still hurt because of Marian's deception, willing to be humiliated in front of their own men just to save her life. If you ask me, he's deeply in love with her. I'm so sorry that he can't get to be with her.

He is a great actor! I can't wait to see Richard Armitage as Thorin in The Hobbitt!

Thanks for the lovely compilation of Guy and Maran scenes. And no matter how many times Marian says she didn't betray Guy. She did ! She manupulated him every step of the way till the end. She led him on into thinking he had a chance at her love. But all the while, she used his feelings for her own ends.

I completely agree. It was Richard/Guy who carried the entire show, especially in season 3 which would have been a disaster otherwise. You could see just how integral he was in those 2 episodes in s3 they wrote him out of so he could film Spooks, both episodes were about as interesting as watching wallpaper peel. Poor RA he kept the show alive, yet Robin/Jonas took all the credit. He was a very poor casting choice for an outlaw IMO.

Toda la emotividad, angustia, desengaño y desgarro emocional concentrado en un personaje: el alma y corazón de la serie, Guy de Gisburne (un Richard Armitage que enamora). En esos últimos minutos el personaje de Marian parecía estar descubriendo al auténtico Guy, hubiera sido el MOMENTO de enamorarse de él; de hecho, las sonrisas de ella hacia él parecen ir en esa dirección. A nosotros como espectadores, nos harían llegar al clímax y, en el personaje de ella hubiese sido fabuloso reconocer y entender precisamente eso: "Tener en cuenta lo que pensaba o sentía" (ahí está la clave de su personaje). Que ella descubriera por sí misma lo que nosotros vemos: el amor incondicional de él por ella y, a partir de ahí, ir enamorándose de él hasta la médula. Hubiese sido maravilloso por muchas razones pero, sobre todo, por dos. La primera: ver que Robin era el amor del pueblo y, en el fondo, más que pareja estaban hechos para ser un amor de juventud y, por tanto, platónico. Que él era la felicidad del pueblo pero no la suya. Y la segunda, comprobar que el amor real, maduro y auténtico estaba en Gisburne, dispuesto a hacerla feliz.

I crush on Richard, and his voice. It is the only reason I watch this show. It is the best bad guy ever. I can't understand how could Marian be in love with Robin Hood. Thanks for uploading with Spanish subtittles because it is a kind of crime not listening his own voice.

poor Sir Guy, he can't believe he was just beating up the woman he loves. It totally shatters him - my heart just broke for him. I was so mad at the writers for what they did to him and to us. Don't know what S3 will be like without their relationship, it made the show for me. He is just so......melt

Guy had more of a tragic ending than any of the other characters, in my opinion. He truly loved Marian, but she continued to manipulate and use his feelings for her against him. He was so desperate for acceptance and love from her, that the whole story line of Guy, up to the end of season 3 became a tragedy. He never found that love and acceptance that he was seeking.

After all that he did for her. After the love he showed for her. She still betrayed and used him. I will hate Marian till the end. I'm not saying Guy didn't do bad. But at heart he was a broken man who needed someone to see him.

One of the best Guy episodes. And hard to watch. He has strong feelings and so intense and she is just ..whatever. I did NOT like Marian in this episode. And the whole nightwatchman thing was not believable and the gymnastics were stupid. And when Marian hugs and kisses his cheek, I was like thats it ?, seriously? Girl, throw him on the bed!! If she doesnt fall for Guy after what he did for her here, she isnt going to fall. I love when he said "You dont know me as well as you think. "

I always hated her. He was so good to her and he showed her love and she still went against him.

ugh sorry I haven't watched teh series but Marian looks so innocent and ugh I don't know, so simple here... richard's performance as guy is fantastic but I'm not sure if this MArian is deserving of his love... but maybe she just looks like that... anybody else feel like that?
