I am not too sure this was intentional. He starts with an “n” near the end of a word, so “-ing” would be a probable termination for the word. He goes for “i” because it’s a vowel and is more common. After that, he goes for “g” being almost sure it ends like that. Following this; he goes for another vowel and (maybe by mere coincidence) he chooses to say “e”. The “e” is revealed and in the position it is located it would make sense for the word to end in “r” (many names and some verbs end in “-er”). With this, he ends up in a funny youtube video.
