I used to work on Nauru at their immigration centre. Tackle thorny issues, like why the correlation between spending and educational outcomes is so weak, or why the Japanese have such a long life expectancy despite high smoking rates and 10 percent of the population not being enrolled in their healthcare system (same percentage as Americans who don't have healthcare coverage), or why poor Asian-American kids outscore wealthy black kids on the SAT, or how Singapore got so rich despite it being a tiny rock in the ocean with no natural resources and being colonized for far longer than any place in Africa, or why homicide rates are so low in Vietnam and Malaysia despite much higher rates of poverty than the south side of Chicago, or why drug wars are immoral except when the Chinese try to ban opium in the 19th century, or why modern day leftists all seem to study cognitively undemanding fields at university like social work (avg SAT score 940), cultural anthropology, and American studies, or why homeless drug addicts can't find friends or family members to take them in (it's almost as if they've burned all bridges), or why upper class people claim to be bi or trans at much higher rates than working class people (over a quarter of Ivy League students identify as LGBT now), or why young leftists tend to be ugly with weird-looking faces and oddly-shaped bodies (root of their bitterness?)
