Thank you a million times over. I was raised up in the States, but a born guyanese, this was not one of my favorite things to make, many time I've made Frisbee's 😂, but it was trial-and-error. 😢I used to call my grandmother, and she would walk me through these recipes. She has Dementia and it's kind of disappointing because that's where we bond the most, but anyhow, your recipes and technique were simple and effective. I'm so proud of myself 😂 I did it, and it came out fricking perfect. It's a bitter sweet moment. I can't thank you enough. ❤

As a white woman married to a Guyanese man I can tell you, I hesitated to watch a tutorial, as I have a whole Guyanese family to ask, no woman in there can explain it they just do it lol, this is the EXACT tutorial I envisioned in my head very specific yet simple, I do have a question, does it matter what type of flour ? As in All purpose, bread flour ?
