I have something like this (complementary unbound), it's built in to Valhelsia 6 (current game version 1.20.1), the minecraft mod pack from curseforge.

Complementary Unbound is by far my favorite shader and it works with distant horizons on my pc. Pro tip, turn on cloud shadows it looks so beautiful. And also when the 1.21 build for Nvidium comes out, check that out because it is a really awesome mod. As long as you have a nvidia graphics card, which you do, then it can do insane render distance without losing any graphics quality even 100 chunks away. Although the render distance is limited by how much memory your gpu has and also it isnt compatable with shaders :/
