Guyver 3 looks tough but Sho has a real heart caring about others

This is another instance where i feel this series is much improved over the OVAs. Sho’s existential crisis. This is something thats never touched upon in the OVAs, and it makes sense for it to be in question here. And once again, another reason why this is better is because of Lisker’s extended role in this series. It really says allot how the manga’s conclusion to the Kronos japan arc was so bad that every version kept feeling the need to find ways of making it’s climax better. In the OVA there was the fight with Zector, and here its with Lisker. And while i like the animation of the OVA, i think it makes much more sense for Lisker to be the final boss of this arc.

I think you are absolutely right. I love that second or two of Sho looking at Lisker while he melts away: "This could be me if my control unit get destroyed." It's a lot of things to process for him all at once for our poor protagonist.

The OVA was my first anime ever so it will always be special to me. Music is GOAT in that one too. But Lisker is my favorite character in the show and I loved his extended role too. I really wish he had been less of a stubborn ass and just got out of the building and survived.

He is a only a clone, the original sho already died last episode... The stone regenerated his remains using his DNA and giving it a copy of his memories to the point it was separated from his head. This guy is an exact duplicate with all his memories but not the first sho...

Noooo...a mere clone would be a complete copy from _DNA;_ that being the case, it wouldn't have any *scars* that came from injuries made on the "original". It _did_ *regrow* his physical body, but it seems everything that was "Sho"---- including his biorhythms, genetic information, personality and even consciousness----- was "downloaded" into the control medal. Considering the armor itself "always exists" in a subspace pocket, its also a possibility some physical and mental part of the user will exist there too. That being the case, even if its just from a _single cell,_ the regenerated body will _always_ just be a "regrown" aspect of the original, not just a "new casing" with all the "original programming". This is very much like how Deadpool regenerates....or perhaps more closely to that of Cell from _DBZ._

Archanfel wears all seeing eye on his suit! In the graphic novel you even see Chronos uses the compass and protractor. I have a 13 families name...I know a thing or two!

Good thing the Guyvers can heal the host shame Guyver two couldn't have been in the show a bit longer even though the Guyvers can heal the control metal need's to not be damaged.

So I love the fact that Guyver 2 was actually given something to do, even if it's surface level nothingness. The biggest fuck up the anime did though was not really change it's design. It looks nearly identical to Guyver 1, whereas Guyver 3 is actually distinct from the two others.
