How do you increase axle load without replacing the axle?

What does these mods do to the vehicle warranty? They only seem to affect the suspension and do nothing to strengthen the chassis, especially the weak point between the cab and the load bed on a UTE?

Hi Andy, the modifications done to a 4WD do not impact manufacturer warranty, provided the fault is not caused by the modifications. In the event the accessories are the cause of the issue, warranty would generally be provided by the manufacturer of the accessories.

Unsure on what you are talking about with non compliance. I have a Lovells GCM upgrade on my ranger which I had done a few weeks ago. I spoke to department of transport aswell as local RMS and both advised what I was planning for my GCM was legal and recognised.

Hi Nick, there is no recognised federal compliance for GCM upgrades, however, we are aware that some brands have been able to provide GCM upgrades on particular model vehicles which have been accepted by local transport departments. It's a very complicated area, and at this time with no federal support, ARB will not look to develop GCM upgrade options.

thank you for detail video wish did one big light trucks like Isuzu 300 nps 4x4 which are 24v system and kit the model or other big trucks on market and just Toyota and Nissan and VW all is on market is for small 4x4 truck cover as no one cover big light truck size there big lost sale in market place in Australia as little 24v system kts

I have taken delivery of my VX LC300 but a little frustrated with the lack of clarity on timing with all the after market accessories especially suspension and GVM upgrades. It seems my frustration is matched by my ARB dealership they seem to run for the hills every time I ask. The timing suggested on your website either the deanship's don't believe or its an ambitious target that is not achievable, the look on there face when I bring it up is one of yeah don't count on it. Maybe they are trying to manage customer expectations but clarity would be best at least that way customers like me can plan accordingly. Are you able to provide better clarity on GVM upgrades (unfortunately until this is available most customers cant add much in the way of accessories due to Payload anyway, so even if the parts are available and you can get into a workshop to have bars etc fitted they cant be if you plan on towing anything around 300 or 350 ball weight) It would be good just to have retrieval points even without the GVM upgrade I can squeeze that extra weight but the dealership has no idea when they will be available even though your website says APRIL (granted it doesn't say what year) My other long list of touring requirements which are adding up to in excess of 35 to 40k are all on order but until this GVM problem is sorted and parts become available nothing can happen. As you can see this isn't about price but it is about managing communications and customer service delivery. Surely I'm not the only one who is experiencing this problem. Keen to hear from you (ARB) and other frustrated customers who are in the same situation and what you may be doing to solve these problems. carl

Hi Carl, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. At this stage, we are anticipating a July release for the LC300 GVM upgrade. It should definitely be noted products like this are liable to be delayed, and unfortunately I don't have an exact release date at this stage. Products can be delayed for a number of reasons such as not being able to access a vehicle to test on, waiting on other supplementary products to be developed, and unexpected vehicle model changes which delay engineering further. Completely understand your frustration with this product being delayed, and we certainly appreciate your patience. All the best.
