Everyone in Gwar is a fucking god of rock. Their music has never sold out nor has it become popular. AND THEIR MUSIC IS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER AND THEIR SHOWS ARE FUCKING AWESOME! It's nice to see a band continue to produce music with the artistic integrity intact. Gwar is one of the few shows out there that is truly genuine .

personally i think the way a youth is gonna view something and absorb it depends how they were raised. parents always blame stuff like video games movies and music for bad youth because they think its what causes it, well it doesnt if kids are not raised to view stuff maturely and as just entertainment thats the parents fuck up not others. ive always been a fan of stuff like GTA games but i know its just entertainment. the point is, how people take stuff in is what determines their behavior

I know I’m going to catch some heat for this but just hear me out. Being a metalhead myself, I think metal is the most liberal and progressive type of music there is because you’re allowed to be who you are without anyone judging you. And they encourage that!

Careful with those very broad statements, certain bands in shock rock and punk were designed for the sole purpose of standing out to the older generation, but as time went on these forms of music matured and became entirely new art that had nothing to do with the parents perception, and now is the vast majority.
