Hi everyone. I want to give you a look into my four pillars of fitness. I hope that you can share this with aspiring athletes as these are often overlooked or not fully understood.

Love your videos, Gwen! One thing you could do if you need to be on your phone or computer in the evenings is to download the computer app, f.lux, which syncs with your time zone and sun rise/set and filters blue light from your computer screen in a pattern that matches the sun. I've been using it for almost a year now and have found that it helps tremendously with getting ready for bed and better sleep! Iphones have a setting built in to do this.

If you have a smart TV/laptop, you can try this application called f.lux which changes your screen color to compensate for blue light and allows you to have better sleep. I have it on my Mac.

Concerning the blue screen issue - I go to sleep quite easily in spite of hours of computer use right up 'til bedtime. It's never been a problem. I sleep soundly if I have some morsel of protein at bedtime...don't know why that helps, but it does. For reference, I'm 72.
