I recently began training with coach
Bobby McGee in order to improve my run technique.

Bobby introduced me to new drills and exercises
that have already had a positive impact on my
training and general feeling while running.
This is our warm up routine...

Gwen, your running form has very much visibly improved within the past couple months since you started working with Bobby. Not sure if it was the constant fatigue from overtraining when at BTC, but your form has been getting heavier and heavier while there, and looked very forced and uneasy in the past couple years. And it’s nice to see that you’re getting a bit of that lightness in your feet back which you had when you did Tri. Seems like whatever you’re doing now is working, hopefully you’ll see the pay off you’re looking for in the results too.

Running is a lot harder than it looks. People may be able to get away with their current run form if they’re just starting out but the more invested you get into the sport, the more problems arises
