Ulb election was too hyped by us.. Its just a colony caretaker.. Nothing much like a legislative body. So the expenditures metted out by candidates will be difficult to recover. Transparency was a common agenda of every candidate. So likewise we shall expect the elected members to do as professed their candidature manifesto.
