Make sure to: * Have Fire Spread enabled. * Made the portals in the same directon I did. * Have your difficulty at least at easy mode.

I made 8 portal modules and it works even better cuz my ps5 can run it easily, but the only problem is that you need to kill them fast enough so use two separate trident killers or use 1 trident killer with multiple tridents. Use impaling 5 too and a looting 3 sword for extra rates, and make it so u can turn the portals off and on with a lever mechanism

Build it yesterday and today twice (messed up the radius and my ps4 safe file doubled his size from 542 to 954 MB - Bugrock on console is so broken) but bouth build were working perfectly, the best xp farm ive ever build in my worlds. Thank you so much, excellent work 👍👍😘

this farm works so well, the piglins from just two of the portals bc the other two I turned off overflowed outside of the chamber and killed me, and then my friend turned it on peaceful and the piglins stole my max out diamond gear I just got. good farm tho

@OinkOink here is a problem somtime they stand on their portal and killing the pigmen will alert others so the one is stadning get alerts, and since they stand opn the portal frame itslef they sometime go the nether again , and if a player who thrown trident enter the nether portal it will be chaos going for me :) it happens to me a lot will these fi that as well?

Do you play on java? If you do then that is the reason, because in java edition pigmen will spawn inside the actual portal while in bedrock they spawn one block to the east of the portal. These types of farms aren't designed for java so try look for a tutorial for the ones that are built ontop of the bedrock beds in the nether.

Disclaimer do NOT use just one trident. I learned the hard way when i left it on a little too long and they ended up phasing through the walls and killed me😭 One trident doesn’t kill them fast enough but 4 or 5 does the trick

I only clicked to show support but to anybody building a gold farm just know the rates will be better at sea. Your welcome. Build it much higher than I did above sea level by atleast 20 blocks or so to give room for everything tho. I had to build an underwater room around hoppers and sponge it. Looks cool now tho but saves you all time. The reason for this is there’s no nearby cave mob spawns blocking the farms rates.

No it won't its a gold farm where pigmen spawn and its from portal ticks not about mob caps as u can get 10k plus pigmen in at once (I have before) I have made these farms about 20 times so that is a lie

@@OinkOink he makes the pod inverted, so it's on the left side of the portal, does that causes the problem? He inverted it because he build the farm facing the opposite direction of your design(there's a big mountain so it doesn't fit if he use the same direction as you did)

Why 4-17×17 portals? That gives 900 ticked portal tiles for 256 obsidian blocks. 3-23x23 portals gives 1,323 ticked portal tiles for 252 obsidian blocks.

@@TheMithaecus yes I have tried it, rates go slightly up not much since the trident killer can't really keep up with all the mobs. But if you find something interesting please let me know so I can improve my video later.

@@OinkOink 2 trident killers on opposites sides of your afk spot for higher rates but, that would 8ntroduce more lag. A 2-23x23 should have a lower spawn rate than your setup. Only 882 portal tiles instead of the 900 yours has. Definately a faster killing method would be the biggest performance enhancer. Maybe find a way to set em on fire before/after their fall. Ill give it a shot.

If you are going to build this farm then you must place 2-3 dobble chest and connect shorting system and further connect furnace so that gold swords can smelt automatically and swords meat and gold nugget get separated IF IT IS HELPFUL PLEASE 👇😊

you can use blocks instead of hoppers, and put minecart with hopper below it, then put a slab somewhere so the XP can reach you

Well you can check it by making a 17 x 17 portals place dispenser with water and with twoobservers facing each other and use flint and steel to light up the portal again and again if the pigling spawns then yes they spawn in it

Hey, build another farm 100 blocks away from this farm. This will make sure you get teleported to another location. Also wait some time so that the piglins aren't mad at you anymore.
