The Gyoza recipe, for around 30 gyoza.
- 200g of Chinese cabbage + a little salt to disgorgement
- 200g of ground pork
- 30g of leeks
- 20g of ginger
- 1 garlic
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of potato starch
- 30 sheets of gyoza paste
